Is VIP Day right for me if I don't have a Shopify store yet?
VIP Day is for existing stores that need work done, not for building from scratch. If you're starting fresh, The Launch is where you want to start.
What counts as "one Shopify fix" for SOS Hour?
One focused, contained issue. This can be: A broken section, a checkout problem, a theme issue, a settings question.
Not "fix my whole store" (that's a VIP Day) but definitely "this one thing is driving me crazy and I need it sorted." If you're not sure whether your fix qualifies, just ask before booking.
How do I prepare for a VIP Day to make the most of it?
Send your list in advance. Everything you want tackled and prioritized in order. The more organized your list, the more we get done. Have any brand assets, and copy ready to go. We'll confirm the agreed list together before we start so there are no surprises on either end.
What do I need to send you before our session?
SOS Hour: a quick description of the issue, your Shopify URL, and Shopify access permissions. Don't worry, we don't need your password. I will send an access request through my Shopify Partner account.
VIP Day: your full prioritized list, brand assets, copy, and any reference links or inspiration. Send it at least 24 hours before so I can hit the ground running from minute one.
What happens if we don't finish everything on my list in a VIP Day?
We go over your list together before we start and agree on what we're tackling. Your list is guaranteed finished. If something wild and unexpected comes up mid-day that changes the scope entirely, we'll talk through it but once scope is confirmed consider it done.
Do I pay upfront?
A good amount of prep, review and planning takes place before your day or hour. Payment is due at booking so that work can begin and we are fully prepared for your time booked.
