What kind of tasks can I book?
Anything from banner design and layout tweaks to speed optimization, collection setup, and Shopify theme customizations. Each task lists what’s included and turnaround time.
How long does it take?
Most tasks are completed within 1-3 business days. Larger tasks or custom design work may take longer — you’ll see an estimated timeline before checkout.
What if I need something urgently?
We offer a rush option for an additional fee. Message before booking if you’re unsure.
How do I give you access to my store?
You’ll receive a step-by-step video tutorial right after checkout.
We use Shopify’s Collaborator Request system — no passwords shared, ever. Once your task is complete, you can remove our collaborator access at any time.
Do you offer refunds?
If we can’t complete your task for any reason, you’ll receive a full refund.
Refunds aren’t issued once work begins unless there’s a clear error on our end.
How will we communicate?
All updates come via email — no need to chase messages.
If clarification is needed, we’ll reach out before making changes.
Do you include revisions?
Each task includes one small round of tweaks or edits after delivery to make sure everything feels right.
